Open Design is an engineering beta. Independent security review and validation inside Revit remain pending.

You control what you share

AI requests can send your prompts and selected model context to Anthropic using your configured API key. Only share project information you are authorized to send to that service. AI features require an internet connection and are not an offline-only workflow.

Protect your credentials

Configure your API key through Settings. Never include keys, passwords, or confidential project files in screenshots or support requests. Revoke and replace a key if it has been exposed.

Review model changes

Start with a project copy, review proposed changes, and check the result. Validate recovery and undo before production use. Engineering outputs require professional review.

Email support@openmep.tech with a description and safe reproduction steps. Do not send secrets or other users’ information.
