Install

  1. Use Windows with Revit and compatible pyRevit. Exact version compatibility is not yet verified; pyRevit 7 is the intended setup.
  2. Extract the ZIP fully and follow the getting-started guide.
  3. Close Revit and double-click Install-OpenDesign.cmd (or run the PowerShell installer as instructed). It preserves the previous installation.
  4. Restart Revit and open Open Design → Design. Configure AI credentials through Settings.

Conversational AI needs internet access and a separately billed Anthropic API key. No API credits, GPU models, or hosted AI services are included.
