30-day money-back on first purchase. If Open Design doesn't work for you within the first 30 days after your first paid purchase, email us and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@openmep.tech with "Refund" in the subject line. Include the email address you used to purchase. We'll process it within 2 business days.

After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing — you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Beta Period

During the beta period, there are no charges and therefore no refunds to process. This policy applies to future paid subscriptions.
